The hotel's central location is great for those wanting quick access to the city-an easy Uber ride to the hotspots around Almadinah and Zaharan streets. While the breakfast wasn't extravagant, it was simple yet tasty, providing a decent start to my active days. The staff, particularly Hadeer at the front desk, were genuinely accommodating and respectful, which I really appreciated. I felt the hotel could improve its cleanliness, especially around common areas. On the plus side, the in-room amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, made for a comfortable stay. For the price, Crystal Suites offers good value without sacrificing key luxury elements, making it a smart choice for budget-conscious travelers.
